Who we are

Velocirator is an AI accelerator for founders. If you have any question about this policy, write to us at hello@velocirator.com.

What we collect

Account data (email address and name you provide), the content you enter in the product — onboarding answers, daily check-ins, priorities, weekly metrics, company notes and comments — and basic technical data such as log records needed to run and secure the service.

How we use it

To provide the product: store your work, generate coaching feedback, reports and recommendations, send you reminders you opted into, and keep the service reliable and secure. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

AI processing

To generate feedback, reports and recommendations we send the relevant parts of your content to third-party AI model providers through our AI gateway. Providers process this content only to return a response for your request. Do not enter data you are not allowed to share with a processor.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that run our infrastructure (hosting, database and authentication, email delivery, AI model providers), with people you invite into your company workspace, and where the law requires it. If you enable a public founder profile, the information shown on it becomes publicly visible until you turn it off.

Retention

We keep your data while your account exists. When you delete your account we delete or anonymise your content, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, object to processing and withdraw consent for emails at any time. Email hello@velocirator.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and to run the application. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy we will update this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
