Agreement

By creating an account or using Velocirator you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind that company.

Your account

Keep your login credentials safe and give accurate information. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including people you invite into your workspace.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are sold as three-month batches and are billed in advance. Prices are shown before purchase and exclude any applicable taxes. Batches do not auto-renew unless stated at checkout. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, upload malicious code, attempt to access other users' data, or resell access without our written agreement.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you put into Velocirator. You grant us the limited right to store and process it in order to run the service and generate the output you ask for.

AI output

Coaching feedback, reports, scores and recommendations are generated by AI models and may be incomplete or wrong. They are not legal, financial, tax or investment advice. Use your own judgement before acting on them.

Availability

We work to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes where we can.

Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits.
